General

• The website is owned and operated by Tegwen Owen-Stanford. The website is designed with WordPress. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.

Sales of artwork

• Prints: I offer prints of my original artworks. All prints are produced on high-quality materials and are inspected before shipping.
• Original signed artworks: I sell original, signed artworks. These are unique pieces and sold as is.
• Commissions: I accept commissions for custom artworks. Details of the commission process, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon before starting the commission. You can find further details about this on the commissions page.

Pricing and payment

• Prices of all artwork excluding handmade books are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Additionally, custom prices are available for unique commissions If the customer desires a custom size, medium or design not listed on the website.
• Full payment is required before any artwork (print, original, or commission) is shipped or delivered.
• If you wish to cancel the commission process a £20 charge for work undertaken will be invoiced.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• I currently ship domestically. For international inquiries, please contact me to discuss the possibility of a custom shipment. Please note that extra shipping fees may be required.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers .
• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees.

Commissions

• A deposit is required before starting any commission. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• I will provide regular updates and seek your feedback during the commission process.
• The final artwork must be approved by you before final payment and delivery.
• I retain the right to use images of the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and Refunds

• Prints: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the print is damaged or not as described.
• Original signed artworks: All sales of original artworks are final. Returns are only accepted is the artwork is significantly not as described.
• Commissions: Due to the custom nature of commissions, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the artwork is significantly different from the agreed specifications.
• To initiate a return, please contact me with details and photos of the issue.

Intellectual property

• All artworks and images on this website are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Tegwen Owen-Stanford.
• Purchasing an artwork does not transfer any rights of reproduction or commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any artwork without my express written permission.

Limitation of liability

• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of my artworks.
• My liability is limited to the purchase price of my artwork.

Governing law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom

Changes to terms and conditions

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to my website, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Your privacy is important to me. This privacy policy explains how Tegwen Ellie Fine Art handles the personal information collected through this website when you purchase prints, signed originals, or commission custom artwork. I take the protection of your personal data seriously.

• To provide you with the best possible service, I collect the following information when you interact with my website.
• Personal identification: Your name, email address, and shipping address, which allows me to fulfill your orders and communicate with you about your purchase.
• Financial information: Payment details necessary to process your transactions . Please note that I use trusted payment processors and do not store full payment card details this is to ensure the security of your financial data.
• Correspondence: Any information you share when you contact me with questions or requests related to your orders or services. in addition, I keep records of our communication and any information you provide when contacting me with inquiries or requests.

What do i do with your email address:

I only ever use you email address as communication about orders, shipments and inquiries. If you subscribe to my page you may also get newsletters or updates on any exhibitions or new pictures that are available. I will never share your information with any one else and I will not use it for any other purpose. If you no longer wish to receive emails from me, you can click to unsubscribe via the ‘unsubscribe’ button on my home page or you can contact me to inform me via the contact page of my website and i will make sure that your details are removed within 30 days.

Where your information is safely stored?

I keep the information you have provided safe in the following way:

• When you subscribe to my mailing list via my website or make a purchase or order your details are added to my mailing list which is operated my Apple Mail where it is stored and protected. When I want to send you emails about exhibitions or new stock I use the secure service provided by Apple Mail to send them. They are compliant with the GDPR regulations.

Your rights

• You have the right to be in control of how your personal information is used and you can do this in the following ways:
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link on my home page or by sending a message to me using the contact form on this website.
• You can ask me for a copy of your personal information that I hold about you.
• You can let me know if you want any changes or corrections to information I hold about you.
• You can ask me to erase the information I hold about you.
